Well, the obscure DC auto show is coming up after Christmas, and im going to be doing "auto show coverage" for my school paper. Its pretty small and never receives much attention, but maybe ::crosses fingers:: Ford will unveil a stang SE there....ok yea your right i didnt beleive it either.
Ill take some pics of anything cool, i went last year and they showed the original concept, so im hoping for maybe the GT-R or something this year. Ill let you know if i see anything noteable.
I guess this isnt really worth a thread, but i know this show will never grow unless it gets some publicity.

I went on Wednesday. There was a collection of old Mustangs that I drove with May 31st in the Poney Ride in Maryland.
Ford had a GT supercar, no you could not get in it.
GM had a 6L GTO, no you could not get in it.
Is it me or does the Corvette look like a ricer now?

I went on Thursday with my family. It was a pretty good show. They had a good size classic Mustang exhibit within a short walk of the cars shown above. There was more buzz around the mustang than any other cars I saw. The next closest was the Scion TC. Lots of kids (like my son) who were very interested in those.
The most expensive stock vehicle that I saw was the Mercedes McClaren. It was $465,000.
It was a pretty good show, lots of booth babes pitching their stuff. My daughter(11) asked me why all the people talking about the cars were pretty ladies. I told her to look at the crowd. She said "it is almost all men". I said "does that answer your question?" She just smiled.
