thanx guys I appreciate that. The Fiero was a moment of madness but it was actually a great car and it was fantastic in the snow believe it or not.
I really wish i had the Cobra still though. That car just has scuh nice body lines to it.I don't car what anyone says the Mustang 2 hatch backs had great lines.
OH and BTW that isn't me in the pics with the CObra..that's an old friend of mine I used to hang with at the time
The 82 used to catch alot of attention though when i'd come cruising down the road with that scoop shaking around. I miss seeing that thing sticking though my hood
I'll tell ya what Arin..the 82 GT is the only Fox I would ever own. I think all the rest were ugly as sin.

thanx Jason.as you can see the 82 had a rear wiper which i have never in my life seen on a stange before or since so i though that was a cool thing. It had a 302 in it that by the time you see the shots with the scoop was making around 300+hp I was running a 4 speed tranny and a Centerforce clutch. I eventually sold it as it had a strange electrical problem that i could never track down.. when it rained or was slushy/rainy it would stall. I waterproofed everything and went over the entire wiring but never found the problem. I got fed up with it and sold it on a nice sunny day But man I loved those t-tops and miss them big time!

Mods..hmmm well the 77 and the 82 were close to indetical. Just head work and boring and cam, crank 4bbl carbs. headers..nothing major.
both had 4 speed trannys.
The feiro was more or less stock except fot the ram air scoop and ducting on the side of it. It also had a beefed up dogboane in it cause the old one cracked (dog bone is the upper motormount..looks like a dog bone) and that would send the motor leaning forward and server the fuel lines and cause the fire everyone always heard about.. but mine was caught in plenty of time. It had a v6 in it..don't remeber the exact size and a slushbox tranny (the one and only auto i will ever own)
I think all 3 were a blast..I can't really say which was more fun. I loved the Cobra the most but man the 82's t-tops rocked hard.. and the feiro was just a handling monster.

It's nice to see your old toys.
They all look like great ways to have some "road" fun.
The II is also a favorite of mine and I think they would make great restomod projects--like convert to 5 lug rims and add EFI.
