Brand new Pony
'allos,
A mom, intelligent, eclectic, jack and master of all trades learned so far, and my first Mustang forum.
Finding out at 47 could still be a tom-boy Harbor Freight, Lowe's, Home Depot and Pep Boys became my new Kirkland's. (not to mention RockAuto, Ford, and other hot-rod entities)
Want to know everything about Mustangs, the hard & fast, the beef, the sheer feeling of raw power under my control and how to make my beautiful blue jewel be as a leaf on the wind........soaring like a summer twilight shadow chasing the last ray of sunset.
Always like power, never gave much thought concerning cars until I bought my first Mustang, her name was BR00MSTIK. Slightly modified 1998 V-6, Steeda kit, black stripes, zoom clutch, few go goodies, then I bought BR00M-11....(aka BR00M2) a 2006 GT.
Sapphire blue, wide white racing stripes, hurst speed shifter, posi-trac, hydro-static clutch, bored headers, air induction system, flowmasters, chrome, Shaker 1000 etc....huge snout, wide rear, and she's a beast....from what I was driving...here was power. She's got more than I understand how to use properly, enthusiastically and aggressively.
Pretend I'm the kid at the 7-11 in Dennis Leary's "Coffee flavored coffee" skit...."I don't know **** about ****, and pull up your pants....."

EDUCATE ME!!!!
First.....(ahem) need tires that I haven't burnt all the tread off of
And I like width.
