Best birthday present ever!
Best birthday present ever!
Hello all; new Mustang owner here from the garden state, NJ. Just picked it up last week on my 35th birthday
The best presents always seem to be the ones that you buy yourself!
This is my 3rd Mustang; my 1st ride was a '67 6 cylinder couple when I was 17; a few years later, I upgraded to a '70 351C Mach 1 that gave me more headaches than I care to remember.
After the Mach 1 gave up on life, I jumped ship and picked up a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T, which I loved to death, and owned up until last week.
After seeing the '13/'14 model year Mustangs, I immediately fell in love; so up to the local Ford dealer I went, traded in the R/T, and came back with this: 2014 GT Premium w/ the electronics package...more pics to come!
I couldn't be happier w/ the purchase.
As far as myself; 35, married for almost 4 years with a 10 month old son at home. Hobbies include 21 years of guitar playing, 10 years of martial arts lessons/teaching, a love for metal music, and Guinness beer.
