another noob from St. Louis

What's up guys, I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to join and try to give back a little info. I've been a mustang lover for years, finally being able to afford to insure one about 3 years ago. I've been working on my 07 slowly since then. A quick little rundown:
painted 10" satin silver metallic stripes
Granatelli CAI with Brenspeed 93 octane tune
Pypes Violators axle backs and Pypes emission legal x pipe
CDC classic chin spoiler
clear turn signals
Roush quarter louvers
body matched mirror "skull caps"
'08 OEM chrome bullitts (yes, chrome, NOT polished)
custom stereo system
other misc. stuff here and there. I know I'm forgetting stuff.

Here's some pics before I added the mirror covers

nothing too special. I had all the equipment left over from my last car, so it is a little old. It's an 8" Kicker L7 in a box I made out of MDF and fiberglass to fit in the little pocket of the trunk. I etched the mustang logo in a piece of lexan and put LED's in the surround so it lights up blue when you pop the trunk. On the other side of the wall, behind the back seat, is an amp rack showing a Rockford Pro series 300S (It's basically a RF Power series) and Lightning audio 1 farad cap. The whole thing really wasn't too hard to make, and since I already had the equipment cost me somewhere around $50. Yea, the lexan thing is a little ricey, but I like it.

I wouldn't say it's ricey at all. It's nicely done, and looks awesome. I've always wanted to do something like that.

welcome to the forums, a nice photo shoot would be the two of our cars together sometime. Love the trunk something I've been thinking about for a while.

Hey Jeff, I remember you bragging this place up, so I figured I'd check it out. I'm hoping to get to a few more cruise nights and shows next year.
