Question 2012 Mustang GT

My name is Shane. I just bought this Mustang a couple of weeks ago and I want to put some Avant Garde M310s on it. I have no clue on what offset looks best or if i should get 20s or 22s. Can anyone help?

Welcome to TMS! You really need to post some pics! I would suggest not going bigger that 20's or it starts to look like an SUV. Either 19's or 20's will look nice. I have 20's on mine if you want to check out my photo gallery. Not the rims you are looking for, but they are 20's

Thanks, I have the 18 inch stock but I want it to fit good in the wheel wells. I bought this car from here at my dealership and the tires that are on it now basically look like mud tires. I need more wheels bad, it looks horrible. I have some ideas but I dont want to buy something and it not look right.

19's look perfect on the S197 in my opinion. The 20's look pretty good but almost a little too big and you are going to have to run a tire with a small sidewall. I would look around a little bit as it has been a while since I was looking at wheel offsets as the one that looks best will change depending on how wide of wheels you get. A 19x9 +42 offset wheel will be different than say a 19x10.5 +42 offset wheel. Do some searching here or on Google for S197 Mustang wheel offsets and go from there.
