2011 White GT/CS & 65 Rangoon Red Convertibles New to the group
I am new to this group and just wanted to say hello. Been driving Mustangs since 1978 when I bought a 1979 Turbo Cobra off the lot. Have had several Mustangs since then and currently own an original 1965 Rangoon Red 289 convertible and a 2011 Performance White GTCS convertible.
Welcome to the site! Great to get new members. Sounds like a couple of great cars. I could not find your post with the pictures. See the GT/CS vert in your profile pic, nice car!
Thank you. My first Mustang was a ‘79 Turbo Cobra, then a ‘84 GT, ‘90 LX, then I bought the ‘65 and when I retired, I bought myself the ‘11 GTCS. The GTCS is a 1 of 1 car according to the GTCS Registry. I knew it was 1 of 10 because only 10 white Californias were built with a vinyl roof. But finding it is a 1 of 1 car based on the factory build was really nice!
Welcome aboard, Art!! First, thank you for being a long-term Mustang enthusiast and also thank you for sharing such gorgeous photos of your "65" Mustang convertible and "11" GT/CS convertible, as they're both absolutely stunning, to say the very least... Needless to say, I love them both and really envy you lol.

Looks like you made a trek to the Tail of the Dragon. OOOOOHHHHHHH, those **** front license plates. Even though your personalized tag is cool, I can't stand the things. Do the Canadian police really enforce the law on those?
I had a white 2007 GT/CS and will always appreciate them. I had to sell mine since the clutch was bothering my knee too much (getting old). Welcome aboard. My old GT/CS on the TOTD.
