You've got to see the technology
We just put our house on the market listed with Redfin. We selected them primarily because of the technology they can bring to bear on selling a home. https://www.redfin.com/WA/Lakewood/1...8/home/2849073
The still photos are good, but scroll down and click on Start Exploring. There are circles you can click on to move through rooms. Once you are in a room you can click and drag to turn your view as if you were standing there and turning around. You can also click and drag up and down to get the view you would get if you were standing there and looking up and down. In the lower left corner there is a symbol. Move your mouse pointer over it and the tip says View Dollhouse. This gives you a cutaway view as if you were looking down at an angle and the roof had been removed. Once there you will see a button marked Floor plan. This view looks straight down. It is amazing stuff. Now all we need is a buyer.
