Holy Farfanugen.. That guy must've been really wasted. I bet the photographer was glad he parked somewhere else that night.
I guess the culprit couldn't exactly use the "It wasn't me! It was the one armed man!" excuse.

Woah! 
People like that need to be thrown in jail for a very long time. People like him are the reason insurnace is so high. Thank god no one was killed. Poor doggie.

That is truly amazing. Amazing he got that far. Amazing he didn't kill someone, including himself. He needs to be locked up for a good long while, then sent to AA meetings for the rest of his life.
