I got that in an email couple days ago... he is mighty frightful. But my mother in law has one that is his color, and has crooked teeth as well. He also is HAIRLESS.

Hes a Chinese Crested Dog, full blooded. But he is by far the ugliest dog I have seen in person!!!

He should resemble the pic below, but he has NO HAIR!! She named him Kojak, but was considering calling him Buck Nekid.

 

That dog needs to stand next to a 'Red Stripe' bottle . . . .

 

Looks better then some ricers I've seen.

 

My better halfs grandmother has two chinese cresteds. One hairless (TJ, female) and the other is a fluffy full haired chinese crested named Cotton. He's awesome and one of the best dogs i've ever been around. Very fun and loving lil guy.

TJ can get scary looking, but that dog is a freeeak!

the Powder Puff Cresteds are much cuter IMO. They are great dogs though. Very smart and easy to train. They are quite loyal too! My mother in law can't make a step without Kojak at her heels.

Yeah Cotton is great. He's such a dog. Acts like a dog so much more than my weims.

 

Really? I thought the Weimereners (spelling?) were really "Dog" dogs. Vs the Cresteds, seem almost sissy kinda.

My sister in law who recently passed had adopted a 1/2 Weim and 1/2 lab. Mattie is GREAT! Shes built like a lab, but colored like a weim. She moped about for a long time after --- but now Shane's other sister has her, and shes doing great!

The tufteds are great at Halloween dye their hair give them a spike collar and presto instant heck hound.

 

no way.. They want affection all the time, they know all their commands. They have serious personalities and you know what they are thinking alot of times. They are very much dogs in the fact that they are very athletic and love going outside to play, but they are so social that you dont leave them outside. They wont stay outside long (less than 10min) without you being there as well. I swear they act like kids sometimes.

TJ the hairless is defintely a wuss. I dont like and she is very needy and annoying. Cotton on the other hand will just go and lay on a rug or something and sleep his life away like a good dog. Call his name and he gets up and comes to you for attention, but then just goes off and hangs out within seeing distance.

yea, Mattie is like that, has to be right by you. She goes out to do her business, and then is right back at the door to come back inside


Oh, and BTW, Cotton is a cute name, I assume he is all white, which is what I like! I wanted an all white PP, but she had 3 pups, 2 Hairless, 1 PP, but it was black and white. Still cute, but I would have rathered an all white female. But I have a female CHIHUAHUA now --- shes missing a foot. Her momma chewed it off during delivery

She walks fine though... I will have to take some pics of her.
