I just downloaded this program to my machine that I picked up from:

www.windowsstartup.com

It shows you all the junk that loads during startup with a discription of each thing. Man my computer is running like a greased pig....fantastic!

Just thought I'd share...

PS

It's FREE...

Um, I don't want to sound like I'm a nerd, but Windows 2000 doesn't do that.

Besides, I use HijackThis and Regedit to do my dirty work...

My husband does "computer cleaning" on occasion- Dumping all the spyware, adaware & oops I didn't mean to click that what did I download etc for others who are not computer literate.
Its freagging hilarious when he does this for people who pretend in public to be holier than thou and look down on everywhere else(but if they have a checkbook, to pay doesn't matter if we despise em.)........then he cleans it out and the reason the computer is so junked up is all the pornography and other filth they have downloaded. :nono: Gives new meaning to "holy roller"
