We HAVE dealt with indians whenw e call dell support. Its kinda funny. occasionally mom starts talking in Hindi, or asks where in India they are and they talk about India for a bit

That's funny. Reminds me of the Seinfield episode where George is trying to order hair growth formula from China when Ping, chinese food delivery guy comes in, and helps George with translation and then proceeds to sit down and talk to the person on the other end of the phone in Chinese. Jerry has to say do you mind to Ping, because its kind of a very long distance call.
