Thats pretty much it. nice description April. Its a interstate that isnt classified as one but with a ton of red lights.

I like the portion of Hwy 31 just south of Georgiana, AL, you can flat out fly, I have yet to ever see a cop on that part and there is hardly ever any traffic.
