I'm sure many of us like wrenching on cars on the weekends, but what about the other hobbies/interests?

I'm a musician when time allows:





I work with guns (gunsmith of sorts) and enjoy shooting and collecting guns on my time off (and I hunt on occasion):





And I also try and brew beer as often as possible (which isn't very often lately...)

Cool, I've always been wanting to get more into photography...I really need to get a decent camera.

If you are just starting get spend money on a good lens and a decent camera. I use all canon but, all major manufacturers make good equipment.

Joey, I really like that magazine-fed Remington... looks like a 511. I don't recognize the tube-fed one below it, but I want one! I'm always looking for a good .22 I don't already have (especially the Remingtons).

Yeah its a 511P. The other is a Remington 341. Both are great guns.

In Italian it is called Pasta e Fagioli (pasta and beans). My mother spoke Neapolitan dialect and called it Pasta Fazool. Brown a finely minced clove of garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 pound of crumbled hot Italian sausage to the pot and brown it. Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Add 2 cans of S&W Small White Beans (sometimes called cannellini beans), including the liquid the beans are canned in. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add 1 cup of small shell pasta and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan or romano cheese. Bring to a boil and turn down and simmer until the pasta is al dente. Sprinkle more grated cheese over the top when serving.
