I saw 87 in Northern California at $2.96 at the local ARCO station this morning. It's sad as hell when I can get excited about gas going below $3 a gallon!!

Just paid $3.29 for premium at a Phillips 66 in Algonquin, IL - about 40 miles west of Chicago.
Yeah, it's nuts when we get excited about gas being ONLY $3 a gallon!

The closer you get to chicago the worse it gets. I live in Arlington Heights which is 25 miles from downtown chicago and its 3.30-3.40 for 87. Im pretty sure chicago has the highest in the country.

I think Hawaii has reclaimed the title as state w/the highest average in the U.S. again!

Honolulu is around $3.27~$3.32/gal. 87 oct. and on the other islands, guaranteed it is at least $0.10 higher. Glad I don't drive an SUV, the 'Stang is thirsty enough as it is.

Well in montreal it is now 4.56 for 87 oct. I think that is getting stupid and for no reason we have our own gas in canada.

it`s all about greed .. just wait till 100 years or so in the future when you cant breath the poluted air and you have to buy bottled air .. what will you be willing to pay to stay alive ..gas is a bit high but i still gladly will pay 3 bucks to ride my 22 miles to work every day

It was $2.90 reg and $3.10 prem last time I was at work. (that was friday) Luckily I only live 6 miles away from work so my milage is still pretty low.

Have you forgotton ? our beloved Gov't sell it away then buy it back for twice then mark it up to sell to Canadians. btw it's $ 1.115 pr litre out here with my dis card $1.095 for me
