Worrying that I may have Parkinsons, my tremors are getting worse, If I have it, I'm killing myself, I've seen people with it and it looked horrible.

You should probably have your blood sugar checked to make sure you're not diabetic first. Parkinson's is kinda rare, and almost always something that happens later in life.

I used to get hypoglycemia shakes really bad because I would snack cookies and breakfast rolls and chips during the morning on my route making deliveries. Then later it would hit me. Then when I'd finally get done with deliveries and actually eat a lunch, I'd crash.
Sometimes at home I'd push too far and get really shaky. The only quick fix was peanut butter and crackers and a glass of milk. Would work in about 15 mins, but then I would crash - as in nap - within 30 mins. It also made me cranky.
Then come to find out, my cholesterol was through the roof! The triglycerides were 470! I said "Doc I'm skinny, lot of physical work, best shape ever!" lol
So my friend's health nut wife said it was prob all the carbs. If you start the day with a protein breakfast, you won't have the cravings for sweets and won't get hypoglycemic.
She was right. After adjusting my diet I don't crave sweets as much, haven't had hypo shakes in years, and my cholesterol came down to normal within a year. No pills, no extreme diets, just not as many simple carbs.
My breakfasts are mostly an egg meal, or whole grain cereal/nutty granola with a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese in it (sounds weird but I like it and it adds protein), or a complex carb of old school cook oatmeal with nuts in it and maybe peanut butter on toast. I would get some kind of protein in my breakfast.
I rarely drink soda anymore. Ice tea without sugar, or water, some juice.

Just a thought based on experience that worked. I'm not a doc.

I agree with this.
Supersnake_04 should make an appointment with your doctor to make sure all is well. My mom got diagnosed with diabetes about 2 months ago. She was feeling run down and really tired all the time. She also lacked vitamin D.
Good luck!

I get the shakes too, but usually its because I've gone too long without a drink.
