I have been drooling over an 04 orange gt all year, but have not bitten because of the 05..
While waiting for the 05, I have still been pestering the salesman about her. She lists for $24,740 and I can get her for $22,964 Not including my Eleanor fund and the 2,500 rebate. This car has been sitting on the lot all year. I need, but do I want?

What should I do??!!!??

Also, Should I keep my Alero which I will take a royal blasting on or trade it and lose my shirt?

Do I go jump on the dang blasted thing or not?

Its GENERAL LEE ORANGE AND A GT!!!!!!! Not a v6, and she sounds like a dream!!NOt to mention what she will haul. I have spent the better part of six months taking her for short trips waiting on her to go on sale.

Don't lose your shirt over her. Unless you were/are planning to lose your shirt on an '05.

I would say jump on it, but that is just me (stinker for Orange! ). The price seems good, and I would imagine it would be difficult to acquire a '05 GT for the same price. I sat in the '05 GT in Cincinnati, and I am not sad about purchasing an '04. (Though the '05 is Super Cool.)

at a certain un named dealer in town- same car lists for upwards of 26k sticker.
I have the invoice right here, they will still get their kickback. Out of all the dealers within 80 miles of Birmingham, this is my favorite.

Right now I am off to the rip off artist in Alabaster to go look see, because I have not been on a lot since May.

Sigh...........

I can get it for under 400 if I keep my olds, but have tons of car payments. I can get it for $410 a month, which is $100 more than I do now if I eat the 5k I lose on the trade in. Torn!

I went to the slimy ford dealer(Ernest Mccarty for those in alabama, stay FAR away) to drive one- I got her to 90 on the interstate. What a slimeball! I won't go into detail, but he was so dirty I needed a hot shower when I came home.

Anyone have a v6? I found they handled like crap, but I welcome opinions. Mustang fever got me good this time.

Last Orange Mustang- HA! Crappola automatic one there.

If I succeed, and I have buyers scare right now- my personal tag will read
01.

General Lee orange and Cheap Manual, Dark Charcoal, ABS, traction control,
$400 note( I lose my butt on trade in)
This is why I was going for a v6 05. To get the "bite" I gotta do it. I was playing around- ever wanted something, and asked for it not expecting to get it?
I aint sleeping tonight.

Wait a few years until they release an orange for the new models. You won't regret it.

Remember- the orange is the whole selling point. In a sea of reds yellows and blacks..

Orange is like nothing I have ever seen before. I despise the fact that here every 4th car is a red or black mustang, but that orange has me and and the price is freaking incredible. after my Eleanor fund and the rebate.....under 20k before the tax and tag.
I gave myself till tomorrow..

Don't do it. You know how much you have wanted a 2005 Mustang. If you buy this car, regardless of price, you will regret it when you see the 2005's.

And you know that.

But, hey, it's your money and your choice.
