I get a 75% discount on Oakleys so that is what I wear most the time. The best sunglasses that I have ever worn are Smith and Wesson "Code 4" shooting glasses and they are only $10.00 a pair!!!

 

Distinguished intellectuals such as myself prefer Ray Bans. How Brad discovered them is beyond me.

Hey Zach, you said your looking at half jackets. I have a pair that aren't on Oakley's website any more, the FMJ with Ice Iridium standard size lenses. I LOVE THEM. I recently picked up a pair of Ice Iridium XLJ lenses. I like the slightly bigger lense, more coverage, less sun peaking in from the sides. They are the best Oakleys I have had, and I have had several, including FMJ Twenty with Ice, Black/Black Eye Jackets, M-Frames, and Pro M frames.

To tell you the truth, I too REALLY want a pair of Juliets. The Plasma/Ice Iridium lens. They look AWESOME. I have tried them on often and are so comfortable, but for the life of me, I cannot justify spending $300 for a pair of sunglasses. The Half Jackets were $100 on sale, and the extra lenses were only $35. Maybe someday I'll get them.

 

I have tried on the Juliets too...they looks soooo sweet on me B) My Half-Jackets were bto...they have a jet black frame w/ silver oakley icon, and gold xlj lenses...i asked for the juliets instead, but my mom said she won't spend that much on glasses....i would take any of the x-metal oakleys

 

Oakley Half Jackets with XLJ lenses(black iridium or ice or something). Had Oakley M-Frame Strikes before those. They double as my shooting glasses.

Best sunglasses I've ever worn...expensive, but worth it.

 

I used to have a couple nice pair of Oakley's, but I sat on one pair and lost the other. I was tired of paying $XXX.xx. . . so I buy mine at the gas station.

I won't comment on the "Distinguished intellectuals" . . .since it wouldn't be very distinguished to discuss my high intellect!

I used to buy cheapos untill I got sick of paying $10-$20 every month or two when they broke/bent or got scratched up. Then I bought a pair of Coyote: Cayman's and have had them for over 2 years now and not one thing has broke/bent or been scratched. They are super lightweight too. Here's a link...

Prescription lenses in the same frame as my regular glasses. They look like military issue pilot's glasses. When I wore contacts I had Oakleys. Good shades.
