You're gonna make me go read something now just so I can post it here, and not look like a moron, aren't you Jim?

Arctic Drift - Clive Cussler

Finally getting around to reading the last Dirk Pitt book. Really good series. After Arctic Drift I'm gonna start over and read the whole series again.

For sure! I got in to the books after seeing SAHARA. Thought the movie was ok, and since there were so many books, it made for lots of good reading. Matthew McConaughey made a good Dirk IMO, but their "Al" didn't fit the image at all. It's gonna suck trying to find a nice long series of books as good as the Dirk Pitt novels, though.

Yup wrong Al G for sure he didn't look like a short stocky Italian , I liked the part when he had to drop the guns etc on the road they just keep dropping. now I'll have to get into the Actric Dfift as I think I had only ever started it !
