Yes, Bill I certainly do know what your talking about. I worked on the B2 program for 5 years when I started. We went from a procurement of 135 to just 21. That's when I went to the comercial side. I'll see what I can do buddy. Maybe if the U.S. Gov. awards us the contract for the airial tankers it will help? Good luck.
