First off, I did not intend to do this until much later, although I had been thinking about it, and I had mentioned it in passing, but not real serious...anyhow, my boss walks up to me, says "hey man, there are huge discounts on the f150 right now"

So I start looking -sure enough, massive discounts, so, I figure, why not see what they come back with, sure enough, pretty durned good deal, and exactly what I wanted.

I was tired of the Mustang it was not practical for me and I was just basically over it

God I love the new F150's, good buy. Why was it so discounted? That would kinda make me worry.

Ford and ford credit had a stack of incentives and rebates and such specific to the 5.0 xlt -along with employee discount, it made it very doable
