Thanks Tony. Tiki is 8 years old and such a sweetheart. We had another Sheltie named Shelby. We got him right after 9/11 and he and I bonded immediately and very strongly. My wife was always jealous of that, even though she spent just as much time with him. She wanted another Sheltie, so we got Tiki in 2008. I kept my distance and let the wife completely bond with her. Regardless I still fell in love with her but Shelby was still my favorite.
Shelby died suddenly in March '13 when I was still with my wife. It crushed me. I still miss the crap out of him every day. I want to believe that the Rainbow Bridge is true. He was a great dog.
My in-laws had two Shelties also....all four of them are in the first pic. The rest are of Shelby.

i love shelties too Tom. In fact Tag has a girlfriend a few blocks away who runs out to see him when we walk by. She's mostly white though with some light brown markings. Unusual but very very pretty. she's in love with Tag LOL

I have no idea where it is. My 2008 I know when to auction and it sat for a long time at a Chevy dealer in Connecticut. It's been bought and sold several times and still in Connecticut when I last saw it listed. The 2013 was on the lot for a couple of weeks at the Jeep dealer and then it was gone. I look for it online once in a while by the vin, but nothing has come up.

My basset is going under the knife to pull a polyp out of his left ear canal. low grade cancer and he's expected to survive but if they can't get it all, they'll have to take the whole ear canal. Guy's 10 and a half years old, just wants to be a dog. ****ing cancer.

I used to have three wiener dogs, their names were, Stretch, Pull, and Yank. Best dogs I ever owned. Smart, funny, full of personality, 10 lbs of food lasted about a year, and they pooped tootsie roll's!! That s mighty fine looking Shepherd there. No pics for my dogs but I sure do miss them. Stretch lived for 19 years!
