our system doesn't run like that. Regardless he's going to have to be in prison for years. And if we give him the death penalty he will exhaust every option in the world costing the system far more. But I agree in a perfect world we could just off him.
Too bad Executive Branch Administrative Agencies don't allow Constitutional due process.
For all we know - in spite of the big sigh of relief - there could be others involved - others that actually made and detonated the bombs who are the real guilty ones for the Marathon bombs.
So due process is vital to our society and I thank the Founders for it.
And that's why I'm against chairman hobama's "kill list" for American citizens. Screw him. ****ing two bit dictator. ..!.

News reports say they didn't have to Mirandize him as he is considered an enemy combatant/terrorist so they have 48 hrs to question him. Sure hope those homeland security types don't accidentally give him some sodium pentathol to help him remember stuff.
This attack has probably personally affected every resident of the State. I know my brother, who lives in Watertown, has been holed up in his house all day. So glad they caught this dirtbag.
How in the world did they think they'd get away with it? The finish line of the Boston Marathon is probably the most photographed piece of real estate on the planet that one day of the year. There probably isn't a person running or even watching who isn't on a video/snapshot somewhere.
