I've been thinking long and hard about buying the orange box...

That game looks absolutely magnificent.

I've kinda been wonderinf if its all online play or if there is a single player mode sans internet as well. Its not going to make or break it for me, just wondering

Orange box is HL2ep2 (single player), Portal (Brilliant singleplayer), TF2 (multiplayer awesomeness..and this is coming from a guy who swore off and haven't played an online game in about 4 years)

BTW I'm playing the pc version.heres some shots for you enjoyment
I just love the art style

I really, really want to shoot you.

Seriously though, I pre-ordered the Orange Box on Steam and it was the best $45 I've ever spent on games, ever. Half-Life 2 is like getting to play through an epic Hollywood action flick, a pretty good action flick at that. Portal is amazing, it's a thinking mans FPS. And I've never had as much fun with a multiplayer FPS as I have with TF2. I even hated TFC, and I still love this game.

So just but it already, geez.

when i do buy the orange box, i can guarantee you a good percentage of TMSers will buy it just for that exact reason.

I should talk to the makers of the game, maybe the buyers that i would bring to it could equate in a free copy

Do sentry's take you out just as fast as they did in TFC? I played a scout alot and those things would tear through one in under 2sec.

Sentries are brutal in TF2, I can't say how they compare to TFC though. (I hated TFC)
