This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
I just busted the screen on my laptop with my recliner
and a new one is $245 I just so happened to have an old monitor lying around that I hooked up to it just so I can use it

Hey, repost your thread with "I need IT help" and someone will read it. There are a lot of IT people on here and they manage hundreds of computers nationwide. I have a friend on here that just bought a bunch of new Dells for his company. I'm sure someone has a monitor laying around you can have / buy cheap. Just post what you need and someone is bound to help out.

ebay is the cheapest place i've found they're around $145-$180 and what I don't get is Tiger Direct doesn't carry the screen but they have everything else for it
and another thing why does the parts that take only 5 mins to change cost so much I had the old screen out in 2 mins and a new one from the local computer shop is 250 bucks
