Saw that on the news yesterday. Also just read that they arrested a 15 year old in the case. WTF?!!? What the heck would a 15 year old want with a toddler? Never mind, probably some nut job and I wouldn't want to know what he had in his mind.

I thought is was pretty wild how one of the kids chasing was bringing along the stroller.

 

I just wish the two teen boys that started chasing him til he dropped the baby would have caught him and beat the living **** of him before he got arrested.
