You know the drill...use http://www.imageshack.us/ for all your hosting needs.
EDIT: To show your desktop, press the print screen button while viewing your desktop. Then go into Paint and press ctrl+V to paste, and your desktop will appear. Then save it and host it like I said or just upload. Easy.
