Poison ivy sucks

Find a cure for the itch. This sucks I hate poison ivy. Keeps me from sleep. And is an aggravation. Can't enjoy the things I wanna do.

Ever try Zanfel? http://www.zanfel.com/help/ I keep some at home all the time. It's the only stuff that offers me some sort of relief when I get poison ivy (oak, sumac).

My son gets it really bad. He doesn't even have to touch it himself to get it and the only thing that works for him is a steroid shot. Might be worth a try for you

Here in the Midwest we use a product known as "tecnu". Pronounced Tech-New. The stuff is a real life saver for the Poison Ivy and Oak iching problems and recovery! See their web site at 1800ITCHING.com. Good luck and speedy recovery. "RC"

You might want to stay away from the ****, i would think. - Kidding, get well soon. They sell a lotion called calimine or something like that for what you got.

If you can. Run the rash under hot water. Start with warm water and slowly make the water hotter and hotter. Try and get it as hot as you can without burning yourself. This will instantly take the redness out and relieve the itch for a few hours. Then you can just repeat.

I am very allergic to PI and this has really worked for me. I dont remember the last time I have had to use anything else.

Good luck.

I live in the Cascade mountains on purpose. No poison ivy. No rattlesnakes.

(unlike growing up in the midwest)
