Started one this morning. More meals together. We both have opposite work schedules, she's 9-5 and I'm 12-10:30. So at least breakfast or dinner once a week made together. Then the other is a vacation. We haven't went on a vacation in 5 years come May. I want to road trip it somewhere in the stang, like 5 different states, and she wants to go somewhere tropical.

Get back to running three miles a day or every other.

Excellent! That's a must do for all families, esp w/children...

Hopefully it will increase to more than once/wk. Besides at home, don't forget that 'date night'.
