My flat roof has started leaking so obviously needs replacing . I have had a couple of quotes from ( http://www.royalyorkroofing.ca/ ).It seems there are various different product for flats roofs including.
Built-Up Roof
Modified Bitumen
Single Ply EPDM
I have heard about royal york repairs the roof leaking and maintenance of the roof . Do you guys have any recommendations?
