Why is the pay so high for this job? Dangerous or what?

 

A little more dangerous. Not too bad. But it's really because this company actually cares for its employees.

 

bone, i make less then you, no benefits, terrible pay, and i do the job of 4 people

 

So I want to be clear you get to go home every night and sleep in your own bed, right?

 

No benefits for me... I pretty much work for minimum wage... sucks.

 

If I want. They also provide housing. They give you 40$ a day to cover gas and food while you are on the rig.

Why do you need gas on a rig?

 

i have been trying to leave for years, job hunting, interviews, the works

every single opportunity that i have gotten has been shattered by something coming up or an influence in my life that told me to not do it

thats why i am going back to school in july

 

If you leave on your 12hrs off. If you don't spend it you get to keep it

actually if you keep contacting them and showing interest you may have the better chance then the person that just applies and never follows up a call
