Same here. When I drink, its to get effed up. Period. If its a situation where I can't get effed up, I don't drink at all. And as far as beer, the only beers I like well enough to drink a lot of, there is no way I can physically drink enough of them to get as ****ed up as I want to get.

 

Yup. Really need to get my hands on some shine soon. Just don't like the way it creeps up on you all the sudden. Gotta hit one and wait a bit. But it gets you there pretty damm quick.

 

Have a bottle at the house. Letting the wife take it, don't drink much Bacardi.
I love to have a beer, rum, or Scotch just to enjoy it, don't need to get effed up, not all the time.
shine is great, so is soju! Soju and Sprite rocks, my friend would always bring bottles back from Korea.

 

I don't particularly like getting smashed, feel good and maintain is why I tend to stick to rum. Bacardi has a couple decent ones but a lot of garbage too. Captain goes great with a good cigar also.

 

I'm getting to be a snob with rum, really enjoy Ron Zaccapa, Appleton isn't bad either. At 38 Euro a bottle Ron Zaccapa isn't an everyday drink though. Do love some Scotch too though. Working on getting my kegerator back online, about to order a couple of European taps for it!

Al, you're turning me to the Rum. Unfortunately I'm too much of a broke hoe to afford much of it as of late but after getting that Artisan Style the last go round, I'm pretty freakin' hooked. Thanks a lot, you've helped me discover that I can actually take in hard alcohol and not puke my guts out.
