I know the game looks retarded... but I'm hooked. Anyone else in my position or am I just the weird one?

 

Yeah, my kids and I have literally lost days at a time building our compound on XBOX. Lol, it's addicting.

Nothing retaeded about Minecraft, I've lost a few days myself building my 1 one man empire in survival mode.

Some of the crazier stuff I've seen using mincraft was the main city in FFVII being replicated.

If you dont mind the 8-bit look its great fun.

I got way too into it during the beta. The game scratches so many itches that it can really suck you in - hoarding, exploration, building

 

I haven't played in a while but have been really bored so might play today.

Well.... the server crashed good

 

Lol I couldn't do anything had to quit the whole game

 

Yeah I was watching the server and its load went to 100% and stayed there for 5 minutes.. then a bunch of errors popped up. Wound up corrupting the game file. Luckily I had a back up
