I voted for Bill Ford...but only b/c he may still be in the dark on the whole Kzinti thing and if he found out may put the kibbosh on it! Keep things the way they are. But I would vote for Kzinti to become President of Consumer Relations!

Kzinti has been doing this for quite sometime. never gets tired and always trying to help all. If only Ford could see what a plus it is to have a person like that running the show!

Customer service at Ford is a joke! I waited 5 months to hear from the dealer for my 05! After Ford switched over to 06s I called the dealer & asked "What color did you order for me since Ford discontinued Sonic Blue?" Oh, we didn't order you anything----We don't have any allocation for Mustangs!
Ford has one guy that tries to help the customers- they should at least make him vice president!
