Is this what we've become. I'm waiting for McDonalds to do the same with two beef patties and some bacon and cheese.

Of course Taoc Bell could always add some rice and beans and wrap it in layers of crunchy and soft tortillas and call it El Pollo Loco en la Cabeza

Hey - say what you will. But restrict the carbs and increase the ratio of protein... and you will shed LDL cholesterol & triglyceride levels BIG time. Like from high 4's to low 2's. I'm medium build at best so its not due to being overweight. Plus it keeps my weight in line - even during these lazy winter months. And the last place you'll ever find me is in a gym. Day to day chores is enough for me.

My metabolism allows me to eat more carbs (complex) than some. But paying attention to higher protein levels and reduced carb levels improved my current & long term health.

My metabolism would pretty much allow me to eat one of those things three times a day for the rest of my life and gain nary a pound. But that's beside the point. That being, 'WTF, KFC?'
