K&N bad at math?

I saw this ad on the main forum page.



Maybe its just me but when i do the math i get 553 more hp.

I got 53 more HP the way it is worded so with the 500 already there they said 53 more.

well from my reading it looks like you have a K&N cai... and by itself it is worth 0 hp.

So then you add a GT500 to that and now you have 553hp.

So thats how i get 553 more hp.

naw, buy the CAI for a few hundred and then go to whoever is prohibiting the monetary expenditures on your future GT500 and convince them that you need "that car to go with it"

If the prohibitor is female, (wife or mother or somesuch), bring up how you need both in order to "match". I'm sure then they'll understand
