The ps2 went on sale here at midnight.
I took the phone and stood in line at one store, hubby did the same with another. We got two of em. Returned one.
I still have the big ole thick ps2 cause we knew a new one was coming, and this one still works.
Same reason we didn't get an xbox.
But we have a gamecube, and I friggin love that thing- Animal Crossing Rocks.

The new Nintendo will be backwards compatible with the Game Cube. PLUS you will be able to download all past video games (original NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64).

That one broke, and we replaced it a year later for $199.
Its been WELL worth it.
Check out gamefly.com its netflix for video games.
