Iron Man 2

I bought the tickets for the boyfriend and I earlier this week for the first midnight showing.

We're crazy movie people who love midnight showings because we get to stand in line for two and a half hours, sit for another half hour before the previews start and be surrounded completely. I love every second of it.

Anyone else going to catch a midnight showing?

I won't catch a midnight showing. I honestly never have.

But I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie. I thought the first one was awesome.

I loved the midnight flicks in hs. Must have seen Vanishing Point a dozen times. And Clockwork Orange.

Wow!
The memories... "Are you out there Kowalski?"

Cross country driving at its best.

Remember the naked chick on the motorcyle?

First time I saw it was at the drive-in.
My date got pissed when I just kept staring.

I remember being a little kid and driving by the drive-in at night and seeing the movies playing. It was on the main drag in our town. Sometimes we would drive by and there would be maked women on the screen and I'd be like "****!!!". 10 foot breasts FTW!

That didn't last long I guess. They put up a tall fence and when that didn't work they shut them down. No more free naked ladies for this little boy.

I've now seen it twice. It's pretty awesome. Though I still like the R8 coupe better.

I saw the special where they played Iron Man 1 first then Iron Man 2 at midnight. It was great cuz I didn't have to wait in that insane line.

Funny story, the tech accidentally re-played Iron Man 1 when Iron Man 2 was supposed to come on. Everyyone Boo'ed the hell out him LOL. Then once he started Iron Man 2, a speaker blew out and was whizzing during all the previews! We boo'ed again and they turned that speaker off. Long story short I LOVED THE MOVIE and they gave us all free passes for the inconvenience.

Iron Man 2 gets from me. Only 2 things I didn't like

I watched it online same day lol

Not as shennanigany as the first one, but still good I liked it. Didn't like the fact that Rhodie's actor was changed BUT he was replaced with someone competent at least

Liked IM2 as well, IMO Sam Rockwell did a killer job as Justin Hammer. Also did anybody catch the scene after the credits rolled? One word...Mjolnir

Saw IM2 Sunday morning.
Caught the post credit scene.
Funny thing, none of the people at the movie with me knew the significance of Mjolnir.
Had to do a lot of explaining on the ride home.
