It is called Crazy frog, you can download it for just about any new phone (here anyway) My wife has it as her ringtone, drives me crazy!

Funny stuff, however.....

My boys found that site last summer, and we had to listen to their own imitations of that ALL SUMMER long!!! (Urrggghhhh!)
They got very good at it, too.

(Not going to show this to them again.)
