I have a job that allows me to do several things. Accounting and sales, but the best part of my job is designing houses. I get to draw about 12 or so new custom homes per year by hand (on drafting table) I even have a left handed drafting table.

 

This is a standard drafting table and arm. A righty would move it with their free left hand while holding the pencil in their right.


And this is the left handed version, so I don't have to drop the pencil to move the arm. Pretty cool and very hard to find.

 

I haven't used a drafting machine in years. Since art school, as a matter of fact. We had the swing-arm style. The ones that could easily gouge out an eye or jab the occasional passerby right in the nugget pouch.

Good times.

 

Yeah I've got the swing arm machine at home. The problem with those are they get out of square too easily. I should be on that drafting table right now. I've got to do a 2300 sq.ft. home plan and a 500 sq.ft. remodel plan for a previous customer that actually decided to use us again.

 

for what it's worth, I play the drums....I also am a scorpio, and enjoy long walks on the beach..

Im beginning to think either left handers are more apt to respond to this poll and actually vote, or Mustang enthusiast are disproportionately left handed. Probably the former.

 

I think that right handers didn't know they were welcomed in the thread. I just finally clikced in her and saw there was a poll.

I was coming in here to try to find all the leftys to kill.

That's because if it was on the left, we couldn't in and out of the car easily enough
