The way I do mushrooms is:

One skillet
Lots of butter
2 packs of sliced mushrooms (i prefer the fresh kind you get in produce)
some dales marinade sauce
some Lea and Perrins worcestshire sauce
and lots of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
lets just say they have a kick.

there are no exact measurements either. Also make sure you cook em slow and to the point where they are falling apart

I can eat half a thing of these by themselves

Better Nachos:

Breakfast sausage crumbled
Velveeta cheese
Rotel
Jalapenos
Microwave cooked sausage with cheese and rotel 2.5 minutes, stir 2.5 minutes, pour over nacho chips and bake at 350 for 5 minutes.

IN any case.......Thats for today. Another lovely spring day in Alabama! I decided to grill them-time to break out the bbq for the first time in honor of spring springing.

Zaxbys chicken fingers taste like shrimp(the kind that came from the freezer section at the grocery)- gross. Very rubbery and chewy.

We played poker till 1 Am I lost.
