Nice warm saturday so I can break out the grille , cook a few steaks with a nice salad, home made hummus, and cold beer.
Even better, I break out my pestle and mortar, crush up maybe 50 or 60 cloves of garlic, mix the paste with a little salt, some freash lemon juice, and olive oil then laddle it on everything.
Yes.. it offends and your breath is like sarin gas to a vampire, but oh man so good
