A grand slam from Denny's with some chocolate milk. Then a short time on xbox live w/ NHL10 to let it settle, followed by a full day of car projects on my 'Bird and 'Stang (including putting on my new Bullitt mufflers and spoiler delete trunklid) in a nice heated garage!

kidding the stuff is fattening yah but helps the taste I usually find the cans @ Costco 2 pack problem they are big cans I still have one 1/2 for over 3 months now , so I'll just buy whipping cream get some nos/c02 cartidges for my didenser & maybe add some Irish cream to it as well Home Made !
