I discovered the joys of Boboli while I was up in the frozen Tundra.
OOH:
Lets talk crappy food.
In Mechanicsburg Pa, I ordered a cheesesteak, it came with SPAGHETTI SAUCE spread on it!
In Ct I ordered a steak sandwich- it came on white bread and no melted cheese :notnice: .
So I immediately duck back south, and ordered a GOOD sweet tea first chance I got.
Northern Lasagna: Stouffers
Aprils Lasagna: takes all afternoon to assemble properly.
I was also craving hot weather, I got my AC and shorts on! SO good to be back home!

Margarita . Make it on the rocks with extra salt please.
And as usual we are paying for this lovely day with the spectacular love em and love to sleep in them thunderboomers.
I needed a sangria. BUT I drove from Almost Bristol Tennessee this morning, then spent the afternoon restocking the house and getting the kids easter stuff ready. So needless I was not too hoorah on going up to Carinos tonight.
Papa Johns- gross as usual.

Which PJ do you order from? My roommate is working between the alabaster store and Pelham store. She's mainly going to be at the Alabaster from now on though. She makes AWESOME pizza's. Not working tonight though.

I will of course take it over Dominos and their nasty bitter pizza sauce.

Yeah thats the one. Well if you order tomorrow night, Kristen will be closing and I am betting it'd be good. If you call, ask for Kristen and tell her "The Eagle Has Landed" to let her know its you. Make sure its Kristen though :P
Ok so I have no idea where the code word came from but its funny!

Tomorrow night I am doing up a proper stir fry. Today is of course Easter and I will be gorging on Chocolate and Ham.
Pizza is reserved for either the nights where I have something to do or am too tired to screw around with cooking. Last night of course I had just come off a 1200 mile road trip.
When I lived in Pelham I ordered from there faithfully. I watched too many episodes of Green Acres and moved down to Marion for 19 months before I ran screaming back here. 19 months with only Buffet pizza got to me, and I started ordering from Papas again, it was spectacular until around Early December, then it got gross.
Doesn't matter if I order online or call in! I live less than 10 minutes from there, and it takes an hour to arrive. I don't pick it up cause it makes the car smell like pizza.

Stop talking food, I'm in training. Need to carve off about 10 pounds in the next month or so. BUT.........A San Antonio Margarita and TexMex sounds soooooooooooo good right now! April, like your idea of Lasagna, around here the best they can do is Olive Garden, I've been too spoiled. The ex was taught how to cook by her Italian grandmother.

I cant wait till Friday.Carinos.
I am thinking of doing up some Boboli Cheesesticks to snack on during the way too much to watch tonight on tv. (Simpsons, Arrested Development, Desperate Housewives and Suzannes Diary for Nicholas)
Tomorrow night:
Mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, strip steak, rice and seasoning for my proper stir fry.
Next night: slow roasted bbq pork roast sandwiches with homemade Fries and golden rule sauce.
Wednesday: Ribeyes, salad and baked potatos.
Thursday: Italian Chicken Sandwiches and chips
Friday: Carinos.
My lasagna is primo, but the french bread I do up with it kicks tail.

Sorry guys- the house is full.
I vowed when I moved in With my hubby and all that was to be had in his fridge was a can of spaghetti sauce and a six pack of old swill that I would feed him well from that point on.
In return he takes me out to wherever I want on the weekends and out to lunch during the week.
Today I had fried okra, my personal favorite I never mastered. My mama cooks it great though.
