yes i did it. its finally done. it was a tough choice. but i have my reasons:

Aerodynamics (track)
Cooling (a $15 hair cut is cheaper than mounting a $350 radiator on my head)
Convienence (it was a pain to wash, dry, etc. always getting in my eyes. plus im told i look quite dashing now [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen.gif[/img] who knew?)
Visibility (i can see better now... like my rear view mirror is no longer obstructed. And people can see my sideburns again)
Boredom (why not? change can be fun sometimes, and ive had that 'fro for over a year. i needed something new)

and thats all i can think of right now. but yeah. i figured you all should know

I know it hurt you (mentally), but it was time to let the fro go. They died with the 70's [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/stickpoke.gif[/img]

 

A moment of silence, please. Did the person cutting your hair double or triple check to make sure that was what you wanted? Never had a 'fro - not possible for me, but long hair had similar drawbacks - plus, you forgot to mention how much less shampoo you need! In light of this change, you have to get another smiley added (updated).

therefore, the smiley stays [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/arin.gif[/img] let ust keep it in remembrance of a head of hair, great beyond all imagination...

when i went to get it cut, i said "an inch, maybe two" and she asked "so like... two inches off" lol ahh well, im happy now. it was losing its 'froness anyway, starting to get toooo long and kinda almost a mullet and i cant let myself have a mullet so off it went

anyone wanna buy me a [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/beer.gif[/img] now? lol

speaking of burnouts, i did my first smokeshow in the II today lol. man... i never knew the stockish 2.8L could do that!!! blower isnt on yet, neither is EFI or any mods other than exhaust, but MAN this thing is FUN!!!! if my friend ever sends me the vids from her fone ill try and upload them [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif[/img]

i really dont see why IIs get such a bad rap. i thot it was because they were underpowered... but heck... there fun to drive.

Just so ya know....my son decided that a fro was the way to go...well, at least what he considers a fro....
