Where in the HADES can I find some D batteries for my sky fi? I have been from Birmingham to Calera looking today, and all I got was some stupid A and AA batteries and the last six candles in town.
Wal Mart is a bust- the line in all 3 I went to stretched the length of the store, and there wasnt a stick of bread of gallon water in the place. Forget about batteries unless you need 9 volts.

Publix is trucking some in from Florida, but I don't know when. I GOTTA have some noise and I can't sit in the car all day, because simply I need my battery to drive me out of here(Bronco is DEAD, starter!)

 

Sam's on Lakeshore was out of Cs and Ds at lunchtime. Try electronics stores, i.e. Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack, etc. Try to find little hole-in-the-wall TV repair places too.

nope, have never lost signal with it, no matter the weather. Its great. I do lose TiVo in weather though. Go figure....

Also tried, dollar trees, dollar generals, radio shacks and grocery stores. Nothing. Dollar tree has cheapo flashlights that run on As and little crappy radios that run on AAS. Forget about the gas stations, some of em down here in Shelco don't even have gas.
