Jealous you got to sit and maybe drive a Ford GT?? Of course. I have zero problems admitting that. I told you when you called me I was, as well as called you several names, that I cant repeat here. LOL
Oh, and a little history lesson, there are 7 Celtic nations, at one time the whole of Europe was Celtic.. It is common for one to think that Celtic are from Ireland. However, there are 6 other countries who are also Celtic by heritage: Wales, Galcian, Brittany, Isle of Mann, Cornwall, and of course Scotland.
CelticStanger mentioned living in London, I am going to guess Brittany.

I have a British friend who has been living in Washington DC for the past 10 years. She does holiday in England to visit the fam and get her British on about twice a year. Her kids have accents and they have never lived in England!

I just noticed the other bits and pieces you've had done to the car. Any pics? I clicked your link, but I think your server is down (or the link may be wrong?).
I never even saw your car Saturday. :bang:

Celtic... I was going to show you my car, but you rushed off... I posted pics of it in the Exterior section as well. Hubby may be working on my site... I will have to check with him..
Hey, you know that you can get a British Airways flight from LAX through Heathrow into Aberdeen. That puts you within driving distance. Well I think anyway, having never been, I dont know. Its defintely closer than Glasgow.
I also do travel on the side as a part time thing, Working on getting my license.

I've seen a couple of them now and they're awesome beasts. Would love to take one for a spin. I think the MSRP was something like $175,000, with a markup of $130,000.
Anyone know if they're accepting xplan on the GT?

MSRP is 156945.00 markup of 101055.00 xplan was originally allowed before they knew how many people were actually going to buy it....Ford will honor it..but good luck finding a dealer that will....when I ordered my stang...the guy I went through started to order me a Ford GT instead because he just typed in GT, and it came through with an xplan price...so its there, you just wont ever hear of anyone getting it at that price....he was willing to put it through at that point...wish I had wouldnt made a huge profit...oh well

Man, imagine if he'd have run it through! Before you had time to choke on the first payment notice, you could've had it resold for a nice little markup!
Too rich for me, even at xplan. Maybe if I were single, but with a tribe and all the expense that goes with it, the GT500 is as good as it's going to get for me (and even that's going to need some smooth-talkin on my part!).

man those GT500s are going to be hard to come by for a while...I know 5 people already on 2 or 3 different lists and the more shows I go to the more people I meet that cant wait for it to come out...I just talked my friend into getting one and making the Z06 the daily driver....it was hard to convince him to hold out for the Cobra....he was thinking of getting a F430 soon...I know not a real comparison but he really doesnt need the F430 or even want it just saw one and said "Thats sick" and almost bought it.
