re: the JetBlue guy? Yeah. That guy was definitely ON TRACK. Probably did it wrong in his pissiness, but ****, passengers are *definitely* da debils. They are some seriously RUDE people.

Believe it or not, they're the ONE thing I hate about flying. I can put up with everything else (well, exceptin' full pay for drinks, and the "stadium" prices, and even then, it's just the nature of the beast). But the rude *** people who fly today with their entitlement attitudes...

YOU PAID TO FLY. SHUT UP. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THEM TO FLY IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT.

And you can very well tell your boss the same thing: I ain't flyin'. We should totally get a video conference system.

Which I can install, by the way... and I'll even fly to get there. I love to fly.
