boring and dull.. trust me, i've seen some. No where near as well thought out as this one in particular. But then again Germans also have no speed limits on some of their roads as where our freeways are at 70

I agree...USA safety, ethics and conduct videos are snooze fests. They're made with a 5 year old audience in mind.
And FYI, was watching the National Geographic channel the other day about the Autobahn. It was wicked cool. All about the design and safety of the autobahn (how they can have such a high speed limit). The nice factoid was that the Germans spend about $900,000 per mile of autobahn.
