What does the size of the gas tank have to do with "gas being way too expensive"

Why did you put premium in? Have you done a 91 octane reflash?

Why are you asking how many gallons it holds if you just filled it up? Something doesn't add up here.

It's your own fault for having such a sweet, awe aspiring ride. Suck it up.. I'm sure you have some furniture, a house, family pets that you can sell...... A stang that nice needs to be driven.......IF I have anything left over, I will send you a few bucks... B)

I'm in ontario canada. i paid $1.60/ litre which works out to $6.08 a gallon.. its really getting out of hand.
oh and thanks for the compliments, its only the beginning for the stang. just need to save up some more dough, then its going to get a new built short block/ new tranny some other goodies and then crank the boost up! my goal is 700rwhp. I'm at 485rwhp now with 1/4 mile of 11.63 at 121mph.

6 bucks a gallon?What state are in?
Gas around here(sth Jersey)runs from 297 reg,3.19 for prem.
I've seen it as high as 3.45 for prem.
They've been calling these prices last year,so it's realy no surprise.
Got have it,gotta drive it........so ya gotta fuel it .
Happy Motoring

Maybe if they weren't getting moved everytime, people would post only one gas thread in each section, rather than 10.

Well, it's not the govt. making money on the high prices, it's the oil companies. Federal gas tax is the same regardless of the price.

Now, the govt. COULD do something to get the oil co's to build more refineries. That's where the lack of supply's coming from. Econ 101. Low supply, high demand = high prices and $$$$$$ for the oil companies. This is why the oil co's aren't in any hurry to bild more refineries.

But, regardless, it's getting very irritating.
